Short version: this site collects what you type into a form, plus basic technical information that comes with any web request. It is used to reply to you. It is not sold.
Who is responsible

What is collected
When you submit a form: your name, email address, and anything else you choose to enter, such as phone number, timeline, situation, and message.
Automatically with that submission: your IP address, the country and city your network resolves to, your browser user agent, the page you submitted from, and the referring site. This is kept to spot abuse of the form and to know which pages generate genuine enquiries.
If you tick the call and text box: that choice and the exact wording you agreed to, so there is a record of what you consented to and when.
No advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, and no third-party pixels run on this site.
How it is used
- To reply to you and to help with your property search.
- To send you material you asked for, such as the relocation guide.
- To call or text you, only if you ticked the box giving permission.
- To keep records the brokerage is required to keep.
Your information is never sold, rented, or traded.
Who it is shared with
Only the services needed to run this: Cloudflare hosts the site and stores submissions, Resend delivers the email, and her brokerage customer system holds client records. Each processes the data on her behalf. It may also be disclosed where the law requires it.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not become client relationships are kept for up to three years. Records relating to an actual transaction are kept for at least five years, which is what Florida requires of the brokerage. Consent records are kept for at least five years.
Your choices
- Email: reply with the word UNSUBSCRIBE and you will be removed.
- Texts and calls: reply STOP to any text, or just say so.
- Access or deletion: email and ask. Records the brokerage is legally required to keep cannot be deleted, and you will be told if that applies.
Children
This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
